- Clothing must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached (no stains, tears, or signs of wear).
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages) and personalized clothing (e.g., custom-printed tees) are not eligible for refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund

- We’ll send a “Return Authorization (RA)” number and our return address within 2 business days—do not ship without an RA number (we can’t process unlabeled returns).

3. Refund Timeline & Method
- Once we receive and inspect the item (3–5 business days after delivery to us), we’ll approve/refuse the refund.
